Not that great...
So, in order to get the lid off the carafe I had to use a wrench...I’ll admit my hands are weaker than they used to be but really?? That shot down one star. Then there’s the problem with keeping the coffee warm. The carafe might do that if the wrench was used each time to crank the lid open and closed. Then there’s a question about capacity. Boom! Coffeemaker turned out to be a great bargain. Price was very attractive and shipping was fast. Thermal pot has to be it's outstanding feature. Keeps coffee hot for more than a day. This coffee maker is the best one we have ever had. Mr. Coffee in general has good designs but this one is well thought out. The size is good for us in capacity as well as taking up space. It brews quickly enough. Coffee taste is good. The pot itself is a clean design with easy pour and keeps the coffee hot for hours. On top of that, it is easy to clean.
