It's a very good replacement amp with many adjustability for DSP witch gib s ya a better end result ! Many people have said there under powered, I disagree. I compared the output to a Sunfire 1000rms watts and yes the Sunfire pushes the sub harder with more control but the Dayton is not far behind by all means !! Only complaint I have is that stupid clip light on the front that even with low volumes it flashes with right tone and it's extremely bright at night !

It made a massive difference to my 2x12 inch DIY sub, previously running on Monacor SAM-2 amp (180W at 8 ohm) and not really lifting the drivers. I love the fact that I can remove a room resonance (say at 55Hz) while still boosting the base at 20/25Hz. This equalisation is missing from pretty much any sub amp or system.
