This has been an excellent phone for my basic needs... mostly phone calls and occasional texting (w/ virtual keyboard & stylus). I've also used the camera, MP3 player & FM radio functions a few times and they work well and are quite intuitive. I can't comment on the the Bluetooth or browser/internet functions because I don't use them. The battery life (on standby) is excellent; I only charge it once a week. The quality is above average and it has been very durable and reliable so far.
This phone feels good when holing it. The battery life is overall above adecuate. This phone also doesn't get hot like my previous phone did. it's pretty much light weight and comfortable to handle. Using the menu is straight foward and simple. The best feature is the built-in radio. But you must have earbuds connected to listen to the radio. There are no external speakers for the radio. Not a bad phone if you just want to make and receive calls. you can also text and web.
I bought this phone for the price. The battery life is overall above adecuat. it's small but comfortable to handle. Using the menu is straight foward and simple but would like to have more features. I really dont have the need for the built in radio because you must have earbuds connected to listen to the radio. There are no external speakers for the radio. Not a bad phone if you just want to make and receive calls. you can also text and web.
This my first smart phone and I was so exited to get it. I learned how to do everything. My main problem is touching the numbers or whatever else you need to touch. It either doesn't work or you have to hit under it and of course that will make you tap the number under it. When I make calls doing down the road there is this a hissing sound in the back ground. This has happened on every call! Pretty pathetic hugh? Trying to make a call in the car is like an act of congress. First you have to turn it on, on the side then hit the green phone key pad. If you want to use your contacts you have to scroll down on the right side that stops and stops again. And while it's going down it will stop and land on someone you don't want to call. When you finally get there and press the name you have to press the green call button and then another page comes up for Edit, Send Message, or call. Every time i hit call it then wants you to pick a background sound(which is dumb as hell) and you don't even get the option to delete is. I am soooo sending this piece of crap back. But a word to the wise, the people who sell this will only accept a return if you send it back in the packaging that it came in. The SIM card has to be deactivated. That's easy though. If it's not in the packaging, they will keep 19% of your money and will charge you for shipping handling that they paid to get it to you. Then YOU lose more money to ship it back. This company is horrible. They told me I could switch my old SIM card into this new one and the SIM cards got erased. With Net10 phones you can't do that. I lost all my contacts and some very important pictures. I told them I'm not settling for that crap. I can't NOT believe people actually like this phone?!Read full review
I love this phone. It is everything i expected. My only draw back on this phone would be that it does not have T9 texting capabilities which I am used to on previous phones. When I recieved my first phone, I did have a few issues with the icons taking me to the right location. I just called customer service and they ordered me a new phone no problem.
