Powerful But Complex
The only reason for the 4 stars is that this is very complex software and Cisco certification would be highly encouraged in order to set it up... It IS top notch, however--you're not going to get much better at all. It's great for small and medium businesses, as long as one has good IT help. It's much more powerful and configurable than what one would get at Best Buy, for example, but it would need to be deployed in an already-Cisco network (Cisco switches and routers, etc).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
