I got the walker by the time promised and it was packed well. I had it almost put together and down to one last push spring which refused to push in. I tried tapping it and twisting it to no avail. I finally managed to get a piece of plastic out of the arm that had not been attached as it should have been during manufacturing. I left the plastic out and the push pin worked. I finally got it together and the walker works well. It's a nice quality walker.

HCT-9123 Healconnex rollator is a good value, most $159 or less. Has big wheels, rolls good and looks decent. Much less cost than Nitro. Looked challenging in the box but only took 5 min to snap together, no tools. One pull on seat handle and it folds in half to go in car, about 20 lbs Note : It does not lock the brake - the seat is fabric - not rigid - and I would not recommend for height over 6' just not enough adjustment, at 5'9" tall I have on tallest settings to walk upright.
