Halfway through Dane Cook's 2009 CD ISOLATED INCIDENT, released a couple years after his star hit supernova unleashing the inevitable backlash, on the track "Haters," Cook deals with the his critics; he jokes about Googling his own name and then, when he finds the glut of "Dane Cook Sucks" sites, exclaims, "This Dane Cook's a [jerk].I'm not a fan anymore." A few minutes later, Cook is viciously eviscerating another virtual heckler to the crowd's delight. This is Cook in a nutshell: abrasive, beloved, and ready to turn his wit's rapier on himself at a moment's notice. On ISOLATED INCIDENT, the jokes fly with the spring-heeled delivery and whip-crack energy one expects from a Dane Cook show.
I completed my Dane Cook collection with Isolated Incident. Item was as described. The print holder in the middle had a few broken prongs but the cd still “latches” in there. Not worried about that. Thank you!

The only problem with this cd is that if you watch the DVD first it somewhat ruins the cd. The DVD has a documentary about making the cd and cuts in and out of the comedy to an interview with Dane Cook about why he came up with the joke. Then you listen to the cd and the entire joke is heard but the punch line was already given away in the DVD. Besides that it was a Dane Cook cd... you either like it or you don't.
Not nearly as funny as "Vicious Circle." They approached this movie in a completely different light. I'm not saying it was bad, but I was just expecting something different. It was kind of funny.
I bought this as a gift for someone and they seemed to have enjoyed it. Dane Cook really cracks me up he is so funny.
