Good--Though Far From Perfect
This is a good enough looper. The sound quality is great, and it is sturdy. The size is very nice too. I got it for around $40, and if you can get it for that, it is probably worth it. I bought it to complete a mini pedalboard I wanted to have to tote over to my buddy's house instead of disassembling my mack-daddy home setup whenever we wanna jam, This will fit the bill fine. I have given it only three starts due to two notable shortcomings. They are as follows: 1--> When I spark up the power supply on my newly assembled mini-board, this thing requires that I unplug the power jack and plug it back in before it will come on. Not a dealbreaker, but this Sonic Dub is the ONLY pedal I have that requires I do this--and I have mega-panoply of pedals, running a wide gamut of price points. Annoying. At first I thought it was DOA or required more milliamps than the product copy claims, Noop--just poor design. I do worry about the power input jack failing sooner than it would if I didn't need to do this every @%&$! time I power up the board, but I am sure I can get $40 of use out of it before that happens, Still--major pain. 2--> The volume is at unity only when the knob is maxed. My other higher priced (and quality) looper sets unity at about two o'clock, which increases versatility greatly and denotes superior forethought in design. Still, this Soic Dub is usable enough, and I like it okay. It is a bummer, though, that Sonicake overlooked this. I think that make some cool stuff, I lover my Hotone Soul Press II; it's the reason I even considered this random thing in the first place. Anyway--I will use this looper fine, but if I had gotten it for anything north of $60, I likely would have returned it due to my aforementioned reasons. If you are looking for your first looper or want to use one for a dinky side thing like me--AND you can get it for the price I did--this is a solid consideration. If you want a phenomenal looper that is also worth the cheddar, though considerably more of it, save up for an EHX 720. It is a phenomenal unit. Hope this helps.

Well, at first I couldn't get it to eras...
Well, at first I couldn't get it to erase the first overdub but suddenly it started working correctly and I was able to create a nice "three track" thing based on Great White's Once Bitten... We'll see how it goes from here since I've only had a few days. It does seem to work good in the effects loop after the delay though. Hopefully it's a keeper. Btw, love the soft switch...
