I have a problem with sleeping during the night. No problem getting to sleep, just problems waking up all the time. I’ve taken these for a few days and find that they are helping me to begin a full night of sleep. Because I’m a beginner, I only take two tablets, not the recommended five. Work great for taking the edge off
I've been using Puritan Pride Calm Tabs for a few years and find that they take the edge off when I'm feeling a little anxious. I also use them at bedtime to get relaxed and fall asleep easier. I live with severe depression, so I take many medications for that. But, sometimes it's just not enough. I only need one tablet, usually in the morning to start my day, and then one at bedtime, and that works for me. These were recommended by my therapist and I find them very helpful.
