GM part # 11001278. This can be used on the left or right side headlight. When you receive this unit you will notice the threaded portion does not move back and forth. It has to be installed the vehicle, and the ball seated in the cup for it to work properly.

SEE THE LIGHT!!
Pass headlamp adjustment was broken. This is the exact part needed to properly adjust the vertical for my upgraded LED lamps. What a difference. Can now drive at night with total confidence!!

Perfect replacement for worn out adjustment screw.
This adjustment screw is a perfect replacement for the adjustment screw mechanism in my C5 Corvette headlamp assembly. I did find that in order to install it I had to remove the entire headlamp assembly from the car. Total time was about an hour.

Gear box fix
The adjuster unit had to be disassembled to lubricate the drive gear. After reassembly the "golden rod" was able to move the adjuster as necessary.
