need a lot of work on it to fit
The CV joint is not paint so it gonna rust in few days, not enought grease under the boots, and the lip seal track (on the geared hub side) kill your hub seals after a few kilometers because the seal track is not smooth at all ! you 've got to machine it again to get it like it should be : smooth and clean as a Mirror to seal properly with the lips seal of the geared hub. those CV joint are cheap because the guys who build them don't know what they do and what is their purpose. But if you are a mecanic you can buy the CV, make the job to finish them, and install them, it's up to you.

Looks nice as an upgrade to 1988 M998 HMMMWV
My hmmwv came with 7500# axles and one of the boots was torn. These 10,000# axles fit in place although they are slightly longer collapsed length , requiring you to remove the upper ball joint to install them. But once you install they fit well and seem to be very heavy duty. I painted them to ward off rust because other reviewers said they heavily rust.
