Resulted in less bounce on the rear end over obsticals.
Installed on Class C RV next to the stock air bags. Like others used a floor jack to raise bottom into mount. Did it myself but a extra set of hands would make it faster. Installed these at the same time I installed larger front sway bars so did see better handling response and less bouncing going over dips. BTW- the RV has a 4" lift and these worked fine on the rear. Install these if you want to tow or haul.
Just like changing a stock shock only these are much better. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to beef up the rear end stiffness for towing or hauling. I installed these on my 2002 E350 super duty. They replaced the originals that had 90"000. miles on them. I tow a camper and a hydraulic dump trailer with up to 7000. pounds. my van used to go down up to 3 inches when hooked up to a heavy load, that's why i bought these.
