This is a great product. I don't suggest taking too much at first. If you are starting it for the first time you should take one scoop in the morning only for a few days, than increase it to two for a while. I can't take three scoops per day. It's too much for my system. It's packed with SUPER HIGH nutrients. Your body weight, your age, or other elements may play a part in how your body reacts to it. As far as my body, i have more energy. I feel overall better and stronger. I don't have a problem getting up in the morning. It took a couple of weeks to start seeing signs of feeling better. I will have to take this product for life. After so much research and now using it for the third time in my life, I believe I can't stop taking it anymore. It's the only thing I have ever tried that works the best for me.
