At first the assembly looked quite daunting but after a few steps it became easy; the only step I found challenging was tightening the screws. After giving the assembled product a few tries I found it to be quite sturdy and easy to carry so you can use it anywhere in the house as long as there is a sturdy door frame. One word of caution though it that when fitting the pull up bar it could scratch the wall if you are not careful. Also it can leave dents on the wall so some kind of cushion is recommended if you are concerned about leaving marks on the wall.

This product is the best I can find on the internet. I shopped around to compare design and price. This definitely has a better design which allows for more positioning; also extremely reasonable price compared to others. Excellent quality. I also received it within two days so this sender is def where to buy from.

I purchased this in hopes of doing dead hang pull-ups (without kipping, elbows locked then chin above the bar). I assembled this and there are many grips one can use. I am a bit hesitant to use the closest wide grips as the bar bends a lot. The neutral grip, and (further) narrow/wide grips are great! I started with negative pull-ups and now I am able to do pull-ups! The instruction states that one can do sit-ups and push-ups so this is a multi sturdy tool.

Absolutely love it. It holds me at 178lbs no problem and with the different positions it really helps you do alot of work outs

Maybe as good as a major name brand and certainly substantial enough for my needs (but I only weigh 140). Rated for 300 pounds, but I would be just a little skeptical of that. Get it, use it, bulk up Bud!
