  • Love the nite rider products

This is a great light! I have many nite rider products, and fully trust in them. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is thatg this light only has the seatpost strap option, and can't be clipped onto a saddlebag. I was able to slightly file the clip from another nite rider tail light to fit, though.

  • Cured my taillight envy

I no longer covet other cyclists' taillights now that I have this one. It's bright regardless of the outdoor conditions and the flashing mode seems to have hours and hours of lifespan. I use a rubber band instead of the included larger band to attach it to my rear trunk pack - it stays put and upright that way. I have several Niterider headlights too and they are a great value with similar generous charged lifespans. I was reluctant to switch from battery-powered to USB rechargeable/integrated battery lights, but now I am OK with the gains in the light quality and staying power of the LEDs. bike light database dot com can help you weigh your options.

  • Next level of Bright

Great light with amazing brightness, and many (maybe too many) different blinking options for Day Mode, Night Mode, etc. I have had some of the Cygolite Hot Rods which are great little units as well with a mere 50 Lumens. This one has 260 which is really awesome. It does a good job notifying cars behind you and from the sides with supposedly 260 degrees of array. Some people complained it was a bit difficult to take on and off the bike every time you need to charge it, I did not find it to be that cumbersome.

  • Taillight envy solved.

This thing is BRIGHT. Full sun doesn't outshine this light and the longer strap fits my Giant Trinity Composite just fine. I'm sure the shorter strap would fit a more conventional frame just as well. This is without a doubt the best taillight I've ever seen for a bicycle. A real life saver.

  • Lightweight with great features

Tried several battery operated tail lights and found this Niterider solas as one of the best out there! I really like its low warning light and its color changes when fully charged up. I haven't tried those other models yet but seriously considering to buy another as soon as my plan to buy mountain bike materialized.

  • An absolute steal for a super bright bike tail light

This light holds well on my Giant TCR SL with aero integrated seat post and would work extremely well on any round post, as well. It's really, really bright with a wide angle and has good battery life for the brightness. It remembers it's last mode and recharges via USB. I wish it was truly waterproof and I wish it had some modes that gave better lifetime but still at full brightness (dim with a bright flash once a second, for example), but for only around $25 this thing is an absolute steal. I would expect to have to pay triple or more for a light this nice!!

  • Awesome rear light - terrific

Just an awesome rear light for my road bike. Easy to select the various light modes. There is a "dim" setting for those who ride in group rides so your not blinding the riders behind you. The normal blink and full-on settings are super bright. I ordered a second Niterider 260 as a Christmas gift. I'm sold on this product.

  • Highly visible, fine quality bike real light.

Best rear light I have had. Quality, function, visability all very, very good to excellent. Only used a few times but so far am impressed.

  • Blindingly Bright!

The point of a tail light is to enhance visibility. A friend has one and I saw it from about ½ mile away during an event a few weeks ago. I couldn't believe how bright it was from that distance. When mine came, it was blinding when I turned it on! I am confident I'm being seen while riding on the road!

  • PERFECT FOR TIME TRAIL BIKES

Outstanding light for TIME TRIAL bikes and can be used with TT seat post or a round post. It comes with two rubber straps, one for each!
