Great buy. The dealer and the parts companies charge $100 plus for these filters. If you take it in it is $350 parts and labor to have it installed for a 10 minute job..That is how long it takes me and I have to crawl under in my car port because I don't have a lift. Trying to stick with OEM parts, but this one was out of tolerance.
I always use motocraft fuel filters for my truck. in this particular case the underhood filter was slightly larger than it was supposed to be, and it ended up breaking the filter mount when I installed it. it still functions fine, but next filter change I will have to replace the mount as well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
