Poor quality, no warranty.
Three of the six fans I purchased had broken hinge pins on the damper. Broan has a 3 year warranty and I requested replacement parts. I received this response to my warranty claim: "Unfortunately, items purchased on E-bay are not covered under the warranty. They are an 'as is' purchase and as the manufacturer, they would not be covered under our warranty. ... You can order your replacement parts on-line at [deleted]. You will find the “Shop for Parts” tab near the top, right hand side of the home page. Click on this tab to continue. Scroll down the page and enter the part number in the Search by Part Number box to start the ordering process. To search by model number, enter the model number in the Search by Model Number box to see the parts breakdown for that unit.
