  • Tough Stuff

I have a e150- I purchased these just thinking I wanted something Strong! Problem is these shocks are best used on a van/truck that carries some weight to it......My van is a conversation van ......These shocks with the springs are to strong with my van so what happens is if you are empty the van will drift or get moved around a lot- sorta like a fart in a wind storm but not that bad.....The North Carolina Mountains the road here are not the best so the van tends to wander around with these on them......If the van had some weight in it these would be perfect....I replaced them back with new Monroe units and it's much better now.....I will put these back on if I have to tow something or move something heavy...... Nice units....Riding on bad gravel roads these are really nice and make the roads like those even better...

  • Best bang for the buck

Great for work vans that carry a constant load in the back. Raised the ride height about an inch. Van has a solid ride now, huge improvement

  • Not Easy

Bought these shocks for a 1996 Ford E-150. Only complaint is they are not compressed from the factory. No way can one person compress these down far enough to install. Have to take them to a shop and have them installed.

  • Excellent product.

They are great at stabilizing worn rear springs and also adding some extra weight capacity too. I've installed these on 5 cars and vans and have always had good luck with them.
