For the money, it is a good frame bag with much more room than the lower cost bags.
Bought this bag to replace a smaller bag on my touring bike. The smaller bag couldn't hold all the maintenance items I carry on tour (tubes, spare parts, pump, tools, etc), so some items were tucked into different bags. This is much larger and gets everything into one bag with room to spare. No more digging around. It fits snuggly inside the frame and doesn't interfere with pedalling. Find something better.
This bag is only good for larger items or tools. The pouch is just one big open space, there's no small pockets up against the inside wall so if you want to put your keys wallet and phone in there its all loose bouncing around and all your stuff slams against the frame.
