The steamer works well. It is a little heavy ( I am a small female) to use for more than a few minutes, and have to fill with distilled water fairly frequently, but overall satisfied.

It's not bad. Really need to go over the area.more. I believe you need place whatever you are steaming over a flat surface like an ironing board to get full affect. It takes allittle longer to press out wrinkles, but at least it doesn't ruin your clothes. May take alittle longer to get use .
