Used on 2004 and 2001 Gen3 Chevy 5.3L's (truck LS) engines. I'll buy it again and again.
I've used this timing set on a few 2004 and 2001 Gen3 Chevy 5.3L's (truck LS), and it's been great! No issues with the fit, no clearance issues, etc. No need for chain dampers either. Note that this timing set is for Gen 3 V8's, so, three (3) bolt camshafts only. A fully STOCK, OEM replacement. A double roller would require clearancing of the front cover, such as shims, a new cover, etc. Pricing is decent as well. Delivery was quicker than expected. I'll buy it again and again. Pics are of before and after install.
