I put Ultra Filtered milk and live cultured yogurt in the pot. I mix it well, cover it and push a button. 8 to 10 hours later, I have rich thick yogurt.

Once the product is well known--after a few days--one can discover all the uses of this well-made pot. Steam, slow cooking, sauté, soup, it does it all. It is somewhat intelligent, although some indications are lacking that would apparently be easy to implement (inside temperature would be nice, more feedback messages, lit up front panel, a LED display more informative than just "ON" or "OFF.") This cooker makes pretty much anything, but it is especially useful I think to vegans. Brown rice cooks in a whopping 4 minutes, steel-cut oatmeal in 7.
