The make and model of my truck, 1978 Dodge, Has tilt steering and there was no option for an adapter for vehicles with tilt. I thought, how much different can it be? If installed according to the directions, your wheel can be mounted however, the space between the column and adapter is almost an inch. Therefore the horn won't work and the turn signal won't self cancel. I left the original horn ring in place and all seems to be working ok. I'm now working on adapting the old steering wheel 'skirt' to fit my new wheel to cover the gap from the column to the adapter.
Grant, the industry standard in aftermarket steering solutions.
Grant, being the aftermarket standard for steering wheels, pretty much has the customer base at their mercy. This part was exactly what was required to install my aftermarket wheel with no fittment issues. Easy to install & looks/works like it came as original equipment on the vehicle.
