Wilson Combat 1911 70 Series Bullet Proof .45 ACP Extractor
Over the years I have come to expect excellent performance and quality from Wilson Combat products and once again this part meets all of these requirements. #1 This a well made part manufactured in the USA which is very important to me. #2 As most gunsmiths know many 1911 parts must be handfitted to each weapon and sometimes it can be very tedious. This extractor was pretty much a drop in part only requiring a small amout of buffing for a smoother fit. My 1911 operates much better than before now having the correct brass ejection pattern at about 4-5 O'Clock. Good performance replacement
Used this in a RIA pistol, it does require some modification as the end on the back side of the side sticks out further than the original. I am not a gun smith by trade but I have mechanical ability and can use hand tools and measurement tools so it does fit nice and snug. Before the install I continually was hit in the face with ejected brass, after installing it I have not gotten hit nor have I had any other ftf or fte, good product I would recommend it to any one that has an ejection issue related to the extractor with their 1911 pistol.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

So I bought this for my desert eagle 1911u because I was having issues with ejecting my 45acp casings, after I run through the 1st 3 mags of 7 , it would not eject properly sometimes not at all because that model has no stabilizer pin to help support and the ejector was sloppy but this was a perfectly tight fit, the mouth that grabs the casing is much more defined and deeper mouth, and when it ejects note they going out in the same pattern over and over perfectly what I want to see, this is a great upgrade, great quality great action!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
