perfect fit.
Was looking for better grips for a Taurus 605 .357 magnum. These were the only ones I could find. They are made for a Taurus 85 small frame which is the same size as the 605. They are a perfect fit and made a BIG difference at the range! Gun is much easier to control as opposed to the tiny rubber grips it was issued with! Perfect fit that will improve your shooting
This grip is a perfect fit on the gun and for my hand! I tried three other grips on this gun (that cost a lot more) and this one blows them all away. I get a consistent grip on the draw that requires no adjustment. Point shooting is fast and consistent. The grip is shaped so as not to interfere at all with the use of speed loaders. My gun is a .357 (Taurus 605). With this grip I can use full load 357 magnums effortlessly. I love the way it fits my hand and fills my hand. I like it so much I ordered another for my SP101. It arrived today. It is also a perfect fit on my gun and everything I said here about the one for the Taurus applies equally to the one for the Ruger. I've been a huge fan of pachmyer grips going back 39 years to the beginning if my law enforcement days. Up until now it was always with their rubber grips, but this laser checkered rosewood grip is defenately no disappointment. The model 63080 fit my sons Taurus model 85 and my wife model 856 like a glove. Installation was a matter of a few minutes. The woodgrain is beautiful, and they come together pretty much seamlessly once installed and screwed together on the gun. The grips fit and fill your hand better, and give your pinky finger of your shooting hand something to hold on to. If you're contemplating purchasing a set of these wood grips, hesitate no longer. You won't be disappointed. The fact that pachmyer includes the Taurus grip pin is also an added bonus. I don't want to forget to mention that the grips also greatly enhance your ability to use speed loaders with these revolvers.
