I have used this smoker every weekend since I purchased it. I have smoked a brisket, ribs, whole chickens and a turkey breast. Every thing has turned out great. It takes a little bit to find the perfect temperature. It holds the temperature perfectly after it is set. I can't wait to make my own version summer sausage this fall. This smoker is easy to use and to clean. I think it is great quality for the price.
