Simply insert in to cover with seal Installed slide on to crankshaft snout that simple. Quality material, machined surface has a professional one. The tool has nice little bevel that makes sliding on to the crankshaft easy that also applies to the outside diameter of the tool which helps in avoiding damage to the ew seal.
