Girls, GET THIS STUFF!
Well, I cannot say enough good things about this product. My hair is very close to black, so I got the black/dk brown combo. I have a lot of gray so i dye my hair. When I need to color it but life gets in the way, a few dabs of this miracle product into my part, and the gray disappears beautifully. It's a small amount that you get, but my first round lasted me a few years! I am a happy camper. It's great not only for covering the gray, but also for making the scalp disappear with a very light application. My hair is fairly thin on top so this is a great thing when it's been about 2-1/2 weeks since my last touchup. It saves embarrassment, isn't noticeable and just simply does the trick every time! If you've ever done stenciling, this is approximately how i apply this product and I'm good to go in a few seconds time. Good in a pinch
This product is not as good as Joan River's powder but it is less pricey and does cover the scalp so your thin spots are not so noticeable. The color I ordered was medium brown because they do not have a red or auburn. I have auburn hair and I would rather have the scalp color a little darker so it doesn't look like I have grey popping out. I read in other reviews that the brush was not very good and that is true. The shape is good for applying the power but it looses it's brush hairs when you are using it. I found using a cotton ball works better. I don't use this product to cover my grey roots; I use it to cover the small areas of scalp where my hair is thin so I can't comment on how it covers grey re growth. This product does not leave color on your pillow case and it does stay on until you wash it out. I don't know if sweating would affect it because it's been to cool to test that. All in all for the price and with some practice applying it and if your not looking for a prefect color match it serves the purpose for why I bought it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
