Sure it's big and heavy and the rail attachment system is a PITA to use, but it has a great dot size and most importantly stays on zero on a 9mm SMG, it even stays zeroed when it's taken off, dropped, and put back on again. Plus there's the blue dot - I'm a huge fan of the blue dot. More sights should offer the blue dot, it's easy on the eye and works day and night. Love the blue dot. - and it was very inexpensive.

To clarify... the product is great. It works flawlessly. The mounts, however, are tiny thumbscrews that stripped out on the very first install. After about 20 shots with a pellet gun (yes a pellet gun, and not a rifle) The site was loose. And Would not tighten down. And to boot, the seller never responded back to me about my issue. I went to Home Depot and purchased new “Allen” type mounting bolts with locking nuts. Good as new

Received on time. I mounted it on my Ruger 10/22 and it fits very good. Looks great with great sight picture. Love the choice of 3 different reticle colors with different brightness as well.

Product is good quality and is 90 percent accurate on description of the product BUT what it doesn't say about the product is that it sits extremely low on the rifle or shotgun to the point if you have a fixed front sight (AR15) style rifle be aware that the red dot doesn't see above it and still be able to keep your dot in the center of sight, just sits way to low for rifle use, look in to a sight that sits higher up on rail if your looking to buy for AR platform with fixed front sight

My state doesn't allow scopes with magnification when hunting with a crossbow so I picked up this unit and mounted it on my crossbow. The mounting system is robust, and much better than the one that came with the scope that was part of the original crossbow package. Since you can look through the scope down the rails and the channel where the bolt goes, it is easy to get the windage right without even shooting a bolt. It literally took two bolts to be perfect with both windage and elevation. Second bolt was perfect height and windage at 20 yards, so I moved back to 25, adjusted up 2 clicks, and was 1/2" high at 25 with perfect windage. if it holds up well it will be the perfect scope for my bow....
