I've had a (Note 3 ) for 2 years, loved it and didn't upgrade because it was an awesome phone. "Until" now. The lg v 10 has awsome features and it's a definite upgrade to my note 3. Only thing it's missing is the convient on board stylus. Which I'm not missing to awful much. And the battery last Longer than my note 3, might be due to age not sure but love the lg v10 it's a great phone.

Phone is in excellent cosmetic condition as advertised. Battery is old and worn- not holding much of a charge. It's overall a good phone, would like to see a slightly lower price tag since it needs a new battery right away.

Beautiful display. Amazing camera. Very fast with snap dragon 808 processor & 4GB of RAM. And the 64GB of internal storage is fantastic. And then there is the camera. I have not used my DSLR since taking photos with this guy. F1.8 aperature and the manual controls? Fantastic!!! Love this phone.

The phone was exactly as describes, and delivered very quickly. Upon opening the box, it appeared to be in like-new condition. I fully charged and completely discharged the battery 3 times as recommended to condition the battery. The battery was OEM dated October 2015. Inserted my T-mobile SIM from my old phone, and the V10 functioned well. I was especially attracted by the 64gb of internal storage, the acceptance of a Micro-SD card, and the easily replaceable battery I inserted a high speed 32gb micro-SD card to increase the storage. The first day of use, I was concerned about the relatively short battery life, as the phone needed frequent charging. Reading various V10 support forums, the 3000mah original battery is well known to be insufficient to power the phone when used for any length of time. Purchased 2 new batteries directly from LG, both new batteries dated April 2017. Charged and cycled as recommended, and the battery life with the new factory batteries was the same. High capacity aftermarket batteries are available, many requiring a replacement back, but almost all of the aftermarket batteries block the functioning of the NFC, which I use often. Another issue is the lack of expected updates for the V10 H901 (T-Mobile). Fully updated, the phone is running Android 6.01, and a September 2016 security update. Google has been distributing monthly security updates, but LG and T-Mobile have yet to make them readily available for the V10 H901, but they can be side loaded from other sources. The upgrade to Android 7 has been promised by LG for a long time, but is still unavailable for the the V10 H901 (T-Mobile). LG has released Android 7 for other V10 models, including Asian models, but not yet for the H901 variant. PROS: Excellent phone, loaded with features. Earned its prior reputation as a flagship phone (2015). Easy to replace batteries and the ability to accept micro SD cards for additional storage are great. CONS: Short battery life, slow pace of system updates. Officially, Android 7 will be the last major system update. There is also a risk of bricking the phone from the well documented Bootloop flaw, which LG has acknowledged is a hardware issue. Despite the issues, I am very satisfied with this phone!Read full review
