Excellent. Used for a pressure sore. Recommended by Wound Care Doctor. Healed small, open wound in about 5 days of use. Easy to cut to size. Only needed very small piece. Depending on wound size, can last for many applications. If no damage/soiling to foam, doctor said can be used for up to 3 days before needing new piece. In my case did need to have full bandage with all sizes taped put over it to hold in place. Tape on bandage caused skin irritation.
