Poor design.
They needed a larger loop where the closing snap ring is attached. My wife was unable to get it fastened and I bought this for her. Also, you need to wire the opposite side so that you won't lose half of it. Bait catcher, money saver
Been using gee-feet traps since childhood I usually make the hole a bit bigger for crayfish. and leave them small for bait. Darn good value for a good price compared to buying bait. I still have a couple from the early '70s.
