Always a Wonderful Outcome
I penciled my eyes for the most part of my life. I always ran from liquid pencil believing all that would come of it was a smeared mess. Not this one. It nly applies to what you want. I am able to use this safe in the knowledge I was going to get a clean line on my lids. Never does it run off course or clump or result in a thick line. Only, of course, you want it that way. Old and dried up
I bought 2 lots of this eyeliner since I lose it all of the time and can't leave the house without eyeliner :). I have opened 4 or 5 of them and they are dried up and basically useless to me.
