Good but could be better
A really good paper towel holder is getting hard to come by. I needed one for my utility room and chose this one because it looked to be sturdier than most. I have to say that it is pretty solid, but the one thing that bothers me is that a new roll of paper towels rubs against the edges of the plastic arms -- so much so that it will barely turn at first. This has got to be the cheapest piece of junk ever sold. If you want a paper towel holder to serve you well, don't buy this one. This looks like something that you would expect to see at the Dollar Tree for about $1. This thing is so cheaply made, I won't even attempt to mount this on my cabinet. This is a very sturdy little holder and a great deal for the price. Roll On, Roll Off!!!
This item should be, or maybe sold in the dollar stores. Cheap molded plastic that will hold paper towels, for as long as the spindles stay attached! It's the round piece that secures the ends of the paper towel roll. I will have to glue spindles in place so that the roll doesn't end up on the floor. For the price and cheap material, I can not recommend this item! 👎🏾 Update: The piece that snaps on to the part that holds paper towels, just broke off and the entire holder is now useless!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Needs longer screws!
The product was just what I was looking for, had a little problem putting it up because the screws are to small. This holder needs some better quality.
I bought this holder for my neighbor. Holder come on time .I installed put towel paper on. Next day I ask how is holder work she said no really I ask what is wrong? She told me that holding the paper is a ball which attach to the side, when she pulled the paper towel out all roll of paper was fall out. Not worth it
I had a similar paper towel holder that I used for several years that finally broke. I liked the simplicity of the design so I was looking for the same model and this one seemed very close. Unfortunately, this one is really cheap and flimsy. While it worked okay, I felt it was too unreliable to last so, after just a couple of weeks, I replaced it with another model that is sturdier. 2 hand needed to pull one sheet. With 1 hand you'll pull the entire roll.
As stated above, it is a cheap product. After 2 rolls were used, now I have to hold and turn the roll with one hand and while holding I can pull one sheet.
