This is a case replacement kit for the Zodiac pool cleaning system from the Polaris brand, which upgrades the G52 system to a G54. The kit measures 15.2 x 10.2 x 15.2cm, and weighs 2.3kg. Polaris back up valve case
Old case was cracked from freezing several winters ago,The water pressure leak through the crack severely affected the ability of the Polaris to function properly. I put old timer gear assembly in new case using Vaseline. Now Polaris screams across bottom of pool and produces more vacuum for filling bag quicker. Waste of money
The backup valve that I received did not work. My pool guy took a look and noticed that the valve felt lighter than it should. He pointed out that you could see right through the valve and there were no internal parts. Unfortunately the valve was mistakenly thrown away so I couldn't even return it for a refund.
