I bought this one as a video had recommended it for carved antique furniture over the green and I was terrified of ruining a sofa that was over 100 yrs old. It was getting some of it out of the crevices but it took more passes than I expected and did not get it all well. I started with my cordless drill then switched to another cordless with higher rpms- which worked better. I ended up leaving what it didn’t remove and carefully sanding the areas I could reach with 300 grit sandpaper. It may be good for something that just needed a lighter polishing but for removing stripper residue from crevices and smoothing a little more aggressive grit would be better.
