Elderberry concentrated drops
I’m not sure if elderberry has any evidence behind it as far as preventing common colds etc. but there’s enough anecdotal evidence for me to want to use it in the cold season. I like this product because there’s no added sugar like the syrups and there’s no added alcohol, so you can put the drops right under your tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow them down with a little water. Between this, colloidal silver, and 2 g of vitamin C a day, I have not had a cold in 2 to 3 years.
