In my opinion this is a great pre workout for Crossfit or endurance style workouts. works great! Tons of sustained energy. If you are looking for a huge pump or something for a basic body building style workout this may not be what you want you will still get a lot of energy but you wont get all of the other things that perhaps a pre workout designed for that will give you, however as i stated before if you are doing some cross training or interval training this works very very well and the flavor is great too! all around great product
