Simple with great performance and basic features.
The AT&T U2800A is pretty much exceeded my expectations based on reviews. While smaller than I expected, the performance and features were exactly what I had hoped for. The phone was for my elderly mother as a replacement for her flip. At her age, basic features and simplistic are the objective. This phone hits both marks. If the keys were larger the phone would be perfect.The features and options are not highlighted well as a result of a poorly compiled and composed instruction manual(s). In my opinion, this phone deserves more respect and should have been positioned better in the market.

Very satisfactory
I bough this to replace a lost phone. It arrived promptly in excellent condition. Works perfectly. Took it to the AT&T store where they added a SIM card ($5) and had me back in operation in no time. I couldn't be more satisfied. I can't really comment on battery life as I have not pushed it to see how many days it will last without a charge.

If you don't want a phone with all the frills, then this is about the only 3G phone out there that isn't a hassle to mess with. Just shove the SIM card from your old AT&T phone and off you go!
