The King and Maxwell series contains great plots and themes, with realistic characters. The Sixth Man was a great read! I hope the series continues. The character flaws and personalities really come through, and the plot and storyline are realistic. The series started off great and got better with each book. Baldacci knows how to get and keep a reader's attention, and he does it with great writing. Many other authors use an abundance of sex related meterial, and graphic content. This series contains enough information to get the point across, but not so much that it became theme of the book. There is a reason Baldacci is one of the best. The bookstore I do most of my buying from recommended that I try Baldacci and I have not been disappointed.
Baldacci is an incredible writer....and this is one of his books that stands out as one of the best of his writings. The King and Maxwell series is quite an ingenious spellbinding saga that shows the author did a lot of research in creating truly unique situations to keep the reader glued to the pages.

It was interesting to read about the history of Edgar Roy, my favorite character on the short lived TV series. I don't read in order, so I don't know when I will encounter him again in another book, but isn't that some of the fun?
