Good unit - but must use distilled water
bissell power 1940A is a good steamer - except you cannot use regular water, but MUST use distilled water in this unit....it will stop working very quickly from the built up minerals in the water.

Owned a H20 steam mop. Bought a new Bissell and the comparison was not even close. Longer electric cord for larger area to mop. Easier to fill water container, twice the steam for better cleaning. Just the superior steam mop.
