I bought this to replace The non-repairable Tascam CD-RW750. It works okay but combined recording levels top out at 12 which is not high enough to match same volume as pre-recorded CDs other than that it is a great easy to use unit..

We had two like this at church. We use this one as backup. I unpacked and tested , then put away as backup. The unit looked ok but the remote battery area had large scratches like it was used. The cardboard box was in very bad shape. It looked like it had been wet and was comming apart.

I’ve owned Two other CD burner in the past, but NONE have the sound quality of the Teac , Burner🔥it’s hot!!!!

As with most Teac products, the CD-RW890 does everything one would want in a CD recorder/player. Sound quality is excellent, as is ease of use. Highly recommended.

A inexpensive alternative to stand alone cd burners. Easy to use... comes with a remote which I haven't used since the recorder is next to me. Easy enough to use so you probably can figure out how to operate the burner if you don't feel like reading the manual. The only thing I don't like is that the pause button has to be pressed harder than the others to make it function. Under $200 makes it good buy.
