This is the best. I own a cedar sauna, another personal IF portable sauna and this "relax sauna" portable sauna. The Relax Sauna is the best. It does not need to be pre-warmed because it comes up to a sweating heat very quickly after I get in and turn it on. The chair is of a heavy quality but I need to add a couple pillows to make a comfortable setting. I have used it once or twice a day from the first day I received it and enjoying the more flexible joints and a little weight loss.
