Sorry I bought it

Lightweight and bakes even
Lightweight aluminum pan with good quality aluminum. So far I have baked one cake in it and it turned out nicely. Not sure if the lid is a tight fit though...seemed like a few days later the cake was drying out and I had it refrigerated. Disappointed
The first time I used the pan (have only used it once) I put parchment paper on the bottom which extended some up the sides. I baked fish with onion, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and squash, then put in the refrigerator after it cooled. The pan darkened wherever liquid came into direct contact, could not remove. The instructions say the pan will darken or corrode after prolonged use of acidic products such as vinegar and tomato products. This was one use, I guess these ingredients were acidic enough. Or maybe you can't store anything in the pan. Very disappointed. I'll continue to use it but will keep searching for a pan, maybe I need stainless steel?

best cake pan
I received one of these cake pans 32 years ago on my wedding day and over those 32 years it became old and tired looking. I advise people not to wash it in the dishwasher it ruins the finish. to keep it looking brand new wash it by hand with Dawn dish-washing soap and air dry. . I love this pans and I recycled 32 year old it had a lot of holes from the repeated dishwasher cleaning.
