I've been using this product for about 2 years because my career in helping profession requires lots of focus and concentration. I had no history of ADHD, but I needed something non RX to help. Now my coworkers are using it too. It's easy on the stomach for me (with or w/o food). I may take up to 4 in a day if necessary, but I have no crash feelings. It seems to do well. I keep long hours on my job about 10 to 13 hours a day. I tried it and ran out and I seem to be able to tell the difference. I seem to fatigue a little faster without it. I can tell my mental energy is a bit better and last longer when I take it.
