I want to be fair and not presumptuous, but it appears one of the batteries is defective. I put it in the phone and several days later I couldn’t get a dial tone and so I’m in the process of using the second battery . It is working right now, but I’m charging it over the 15 hour charge time.And I need more time to make the determination whether not as good or bad.
