Nice part but instruction sheet needs work.
Seems of good quality but installation, considering it is only eight screws, is a challenge. The directions were not much help. The rails that these racks fasten to have what looks like screws plugging the existing rack holes. The directions just shows you have to remove them. They are not screws even though there is a hole a tork key fits. They are just plastic plugs you pull out. I did not see anything in the instruction sheet that told me how to adjust the width of the rack for my vehicle. I had to figure it out. It was not difficult but unexpected. What I thought would be a 20-25 minute job was about 90 minutes.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Did NOT fit.
Did not fit my 2018 Escape as advertised. Apparently Ford put the wrong rack in the box because the box part number was apparently correct, but the racks inside were precisely the same size and on the Escape the front rack needs to be longer. I did finally get this resolved by taking to my local Ford dealer and convinced them to exchange it - but next time I'll just go to my Ford dealer as it would be a lot less hassle.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
