I wish the title or heading of the book had stated that it's coming from a Christian perspective. I would strongly have preferred a neutral, non religious book on how to deal with dysfunctional families. I mean I don't know the "heavenly father" is going to help. Skip this one unless you're religious

A really helpful and encouraging book for anyone struggling with perfectionism and codependency. It is told from a Christian perspective but I frond this even more inspiring and I highly recommend it to people suffering with self-esteem issues and emotional baggage from the past and from dysfunctional families. I love this book so much I’m ordering my third copy!
