Swiss-made, designers intentionally created $300 SOUND replacement needle for under $30. Audiophile review of 3 needles: genuine Audio Technica AT95, Grado Gold, and $30. Swiss needle: 10+ Budget and Sound WINNER. HUGE soundstage, beautiful master-tape 31 Hz bass (at sub) low-end "dynamic slam" thru entire critical mid / vocal and high frequency output (even percussion triangles sparkle with 4th-harmonic emotion), paired to AT95 body. Awesome channel separation with "Singer" floating in middle BETWEEN speakers. Great at retrieving hidden information from record grooves, due to Swiss-creation VISIBLE 1/8th-inch LONGER stylus shaft and "longer/sharper" diamond stylus. Grabs dust, easy to remove with small-bristle artists' brush, and tracks perfectly over "skips" in record that other cartridges jam on. Good for at least 100 vinyl record plays (genuine AT95 stylus quit unexpectedly at 50). Trick: run your turntable at -10% speed for FANTASTIC holographic dynamic expression. Buy two...
