Good old trick for an old dog.
This is my 5th or 6th Surge. I know what it can do, and what it can't. This particular one, is a little older and worn, but the price was appropriate. The screen got a little glitchy when it got a little wet, but it is a little old, so I try to keep it dry. The Surge had a poorly designed band, and I am adroit and used to changing them, so I was ready when this one showed up with a worn band. FitBit doesn't make the Surge anymore so this old dog appreciates not having to learn new tricks.

Nice piece of equipment
It’s a Surge - nice piece of equipment. I can control my music on the surge by using Blyetooth Classic found in Settings. . GPS built in - not “connected GPS”

Horrible, do not buy.
Got my Surge and charged it to manufacture specs. After taking it off the charger it was at medium battery, i wrote it off being a slight malfunction. But ended up it died the next morning on my workout. Only off the charger for 12 hours. But the Fitbit Charge HR. Much better product for the money.

Disappointed
I purchased this fitbit for my wife to use with the new Samsung S7 edge that I just bought her. Unfortunately, the devise will not pair with the phone. We contacted both Samsung and Fitbit and they each blamed each other for it not pairing up. Very disappointing.
