Sufficient to do the job
It did the job.... but the tips that actually contact the push rod tubes, could have had a rubberized coating that was a bit more slip proof. Also the handles were not ergonomic being not easy to grip. Not really the kind of quality that a professional would want for frequent use. Motion Pro Pushrod Tube Tool
It's a good but very simple tool to compress the spring cup that keeps the pushrod tube extended and sealed, but when you need to remove the tube lock to adjust or remove the pushrod itself this tool makes the job so much easier then using a square shouldered screw driver to compress the spring cup that I've used for many many years, when at times will slip and cause you to possibly scratch various components not to mention sometime pinching your own finger tips..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Pushrod tool
It does the job but. its very low quality material. The metal is very thin and handle needs to be a bit stronger, as does the ends that contact the tubes. Makes life easy
I have been putting the pushrods covers back on with a screw driver for years. But if you powder coat or paint the. They get all scratched up. This tool makes installing them so easy should have bought one years ago.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not Worth It
Not very ergonomic to use and it didn't save any time or effort vs using screw drivers. The tool takes up so much space you can barely get your other hand in there to remove the retainer.....if you are not careful, the retainer will spin around to the back, and you can't grab onto it to remove it.
